| 摘 要： | 当前,大学生就业难已受到社会普遍的关注,也给高校思想政治教育工作带来了严峻的挑战。在大学生就业指导中,有效地渗入思想政治教育,有助于就业指导的针对性,能积极引导大学生树立正确的价值观、就业观和创业观,形成正确的择业期望值,为其顺利就业提供有力帮助。

| Abstract: | The employment embarrassment for undergraduates has earned much concern from the society,which also challenges the college ideological and political education.The college students will be directed clearly and develop right views of values,employment and self-employment,if ideological and political education is adopted in the employment guidance.Appropriate expectation is beneficial to the employment. |
