| 摘 要： | 医患矛盾的加剧,使得医疗损害风险的防范和化解提到了医疗管理部门的议事日程。国际上发达国家和地区在医疗损害风险管理方面已取得了一定的经验,学习这些经验对我国有效进行医疗损害风险的管理有重要的借鉴意义。在对国际上医疗损害风险管理模式学习的基础上,提出完善我国医疗损害风险管理的若干建议。
