反观情绪智力理论与评测

国内外情绪智力研究领域内的相关概念、术语和观点不一致,甚至存在矛盾与对立。反观情绪智力理论与情绪智力的评测,目前对情绪智力的自陈评测法和能力评测法都存在明显不足。现行最常使用的自陈式测评似乎在测评情绪智力的＂自我效能感＂。情绪智力测评的混乱反映出情绪智力理论和模型的缺陷。从不同角度来促进情绪智力理论的完善,提高对其评估的信度和效度是当务之急。

Reexamination of the Theory and Measurement of EI

In the study of emotional intelligence（EI） both at home and abroad.There exist inconsistent,even con-tradictory conceptions,terms,and notions.Reviewing the present theories and measurement of EI may help us find their de-fects with regard to the self-report and the ability-based measurements.The most commonly used self-report measurement seems to assess the perceived self-efficacy of EI.The inconsistence of EI measurements and assessments reflect the imper-fections of EI theories and models,so to consummate the theories of EI and to improve the reliability and validity of its as-sessment is of top priority in the present EI study.
