摘    要:教师课堂教学能力是教师能力结构的核心。高校教师要提高课堂教学目标、内容及方法的设计能力,加强对学生以及自身的研究与监控能力.增强课堂教学的组织能力,建构适当的课堂教学评价能力,从而改进课堂教学的质量,改善课堂教学的效果。

Abstract:Classroom teaching ability is the core of university teachers' abilities. University teachers have to improve their classroom teaching ability for designing the teaching objectives, contents, and methods, their ability for studying and supervising students and themselves, and their ability for organizing classroom teaching and evaluation
