| 摘 要： | 通过对资本要素流动性的分析,可以发现,资本要素总是在三市场中的四部门间循环往复流动着,区际资本要素流动作为一种空间资本要素流动形式依然从属于三市场四部门的资本要素流动机制,它只是三市场四部门中资本要素流动的一种具体形式.资本要素流动源于资本要素积累,资本要素积累与跨期消费选择有关,它决定于当前消费和未来消费的效用比较的平衡.资本要素流动要受到七大因素影响.

| Abstract: | Analysis of capital factors flowing indicates that capital factors are flowing between three and four departments, regional capital factors flow between three and four departments and are only a form of factor flowing. Capital factors flowing originates from capital factors accumulation which is related to consumption selection across phases and depends on comparison between current consumption utility and future consumption utility. |
