| 摘 要： | 农民在中国具有特殊的地位,农村存在着大量的安全隐患.为了解决农村的安全问题,国家的有关政策法规中应增加"农村村组安全文化"的概念,把它与"企业安全文化"、"城市社区安全文化"放在同等重要的地位上,在法律和制度上得到确认.

| Abstract: | Peasants have the special status in China,and great deals of hidden peril of security exist in rural area.In order to solve the rural security trouble,we should set up the concept of "rural village group security culture" in the related policy and rule of law.Rural village group security culture has the same important station with enterprise security culture and city community security culture,so we should confirm it in our law and system. |
