| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设是一项系统工程。文章从高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化系统建设的四要素,即稳定队伍、专业意识、研究平台和保障机制等方面阐述了如何加强高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设。

| Abstract: | Building a team of specialized and professional counselors in colleges and universities is a systematized project,which is important to strengthen their sense of causes,promote their qualities,enhance their professional fame and stabilize the team.This paper discusses the fundamental guidelines to build a system of specialized and professional counselor team from such four aspects as stabilizing the counselor's team,members of awareness,research platform and support mechanism. |
