| 摘 要： | 提出了消除区域发展差异,实现共同发展的双圈联动构想,即中国东部沿海地区通过产业转移与引进,与域外经济圈、国外经济圈建立起联动机制,促进产业结构升级与国内经济全面发展.还提出了与双圈联动构想配套的促进区域发展的需求政策和供给政策.

| Abstract: | The author puts forward a tentative idea of interaction between east China and the economic circles of the rest of China and foreign countries to eliminate difference of regional development and bring about common prosperous economy.The interaction can be done by transferring and importing industry and by establishing interactive mechanism to enhance upgrading of industrial structure and all-round development of domestic economy.The author also provides some suggestions on demand policy and supply policy in accordance with the interaction. |
