| 摘 要： | 西部开发的关键在于区域经济发展机制的变革,它依赖于政府机制和市场机制的有效结合。在此基础上,政府机制集中体现为中央政府与地方政府之间的关系;市场机制的重心则集中于微观经济主体的塑造问题。本文通过剖解区域经济发展机制,力求为我国西部开发提供有益的政策参考。

| Abstract: | The key to the Western Development lies in the reform of the developing mechanism of regional economy, which depends on the effective combination of government mechanism and market mechanism. On the basis of this, the government mechanism embodies a centralized reflection of the relation between the central government and local government, however, market mechanism focuses on the creation of micro-economic entity. The purpose of this article is to offer some beneficial policy-making suggestions for reference for the western development in our country. |
