| 摘 要： | 阐述赣州市新农村建设规划存在的主要问题,有规划编制科学性不强、规划经费短缺、规划技术力量薄弱等;并结合存在的问题,提出了加强赣州市新农村建设规划工作的对策,包括统一思想、分类编制村庄建设规划、理顺规划管理体制、完善集体土地流转机制等。 |

| Abstract: | This article takes Ganzhou City as an example to elaborate the existing problems of the new rural construction planning,which mainly contain that the planning establishment work is waiting for being strengthened;the planning funds is short;the planning technical force is waiting for being enhanced etc.According to the existing problems,countermeasures for reinforcing the new rural construction planning work are proposed,which constitute the unification of thought,classifying the village for construction planning,straightening out the planning management system,perfecting the transformation system of collective land etc. |
