| 摘 要： | 1998年财政扩张以来,我国“高投资,低消费”的宏观经济特征更加明显,高投资的效率约束导致投资的自我膨胀,而消费能力、动力和环境方面的问题造成消费需求增长乏力,内需结构不协调严重影响了我国经济增长质量。

| Abstract: | It becomes more obvious in China that the macro-economy character of high investment and low consumption,which is a negative factor to the economic growth quality,after the fiscal expansion in 1998.The paper analyzed the main reasons of inconsistent domestic demand structure which are investment expands constantly with the efficiency restriction and consumption increases slowly owning to the low income level,unstable anticipation and unsatisfied environment. |
