| 摘 要： | 建立非法证据排除规则不仅是保障人权、维护法治尊严的需要,而且还能够促进发现案件的实体真实。笔者从我国确立和完善非法证据排除规则的必要性出发,分析在我国建立非法证据规则需要正视的问题,进而探讨了在我国建立完善的非法证据排除规则应当确保的措施。

| Abstract: | The establishment of illegal evidence exclusive rule is not only the need to protect human rights,but also can promote the true merits of the case.Based on illegal evidence exclusion rules of the actual situation in China,and values of the protection of human rights,the author discussed measures of the establishment and improvements illegal evidence exclusion rules in our country. |
