| 摘 要： | 院校合并使学校的科研力量增强 ,学报的作者队伍增加、刊载的论文学术水平提高 ,同时也使学报的规模扩大、工作结构更加合理 ,为学报的发展提供了一系列机遇。学报应该抓住这一机遇 ,加大宣传力度 ;稳定与扩展作者队伍 ;按优势学科分版 ,增强学报的专业化水平 ;改革管理体制 ,加强与社会接轨 ,实现社会效益与经济效益的最佳结合 ,促进学报的发展。

| Abstract: | The amalgamated universities can augment the force of scientific research, enlarge the writers group and improve the scientific level of its essays. It can also enlarge the scale of journals and rationalize its working structure so as to offer series of opportunities. The journals should grasp the opportunities, put more energy into propagation, stabilize and expand writers group, reinforce its specialization level, reform the management system, lay stress on the contact wit society and realize the best combination between social benefit and economic benefit to accelerate the development of journals. |
