| 摘 要： | 文章论述了舆论监督法制化的有效途径,强调了要搞好舆论监督必须认真学习法律知识,进一步增强法律意识;文章还阐述了要搞好舆论监督必须充分利用好现有的关于舆论监督的法律规定,有效地开展合法的舆论监督;文章集中从三个方面论述只有制定新闻法,才能真正地推动舆论监督法制化的进程。

| Abstract: | The article deals with how to legalize public opinion supervision and emphasizes that we must carefully study law knowledge and strengthen law consciousness furthermore in order to make public opinion supervision successful.The article also says that we must make full use of the present legal regulation on public opinion supervision and effectively conduct lawful public opinion supervision.At last,the article elaborates from three aspects that only by making news law can the process of legalization of public opinion supervision be really promoted. |
