| 摘 要： | 重庆的煤绝大部分属于高SO2 煤 ,直接使用必然导致严重的环境污染 ,而引进低SO2 煤或全部以气代煤 ,财政负担又过于沉重。所以 ,重庆应大力推广使用洁净煤。这是一项战略选择 ,完全可以一举多得。

| Abstract: | Most of the coal in Chongqing belongs to the coal which has plenty of SO 2.It must cause serious pollution of environment to use the coal directly. And if Chongqing imports the coal with little SO 2 or completely insteads of the coal with gas, it can cause serious financial burden. So Chongqing should vigorously popularize to use the clean coal. To use the clean coal is a strategic choice and it can "kill many birds with one stone". |
