| 摘 要： | 针对在知识经济时代和高等教育大众化背景下，高校规模逐步扩大、管理层次进一步增加、管理难度不断加大的现状，阐述了加强高校管理队伍专业化的理论和实践研究的必要性，得到了只有通过不断提高管理人员专业水平．最终实现管理队伍专业化，才能有效提高高等学校的管理水平和办学效益。
