| 摘 要： | 目前，高师院校小学教育专业学生语言技能训练存在意识淡薄、时间不足、缺乏连续性等弊端。强化技能训练，必须加强师德教育，建立多维量化的训练体系，严抓惯性训练活动，开展教学模拟实践，并强化见习和实习环节。

| Abstract: | Elementary education reform proposed new requirements on the quality and capability of primary school Chinese teachers, and primary teaching skills need improving as well as changing.Therefore,Chinese teaching skills of primary education in normal college will be a long-term investigation,only through constant practice and reflection,in order to create a scientific and effective training system. |
