农村女性婚姻关系内暴力犯罪原因探究

在社会体制的转型时期 ,由于社会生产方式的变化而产生了一系列的社会新问题。反映在暴力犯罪领域 ,农村女性婚姻关系内暴力犯罪案件近年来有上升趋势 ,值得关注。文章拟从社会生产方式变革的角度出发 ,分析由此而导致农民婚姻关系的不稳定因素以及基于女性特点所引发的暴力犯罪原因

A probe into the crime of violence committed by rural females within their matrimonial relations

During the transforming period of social systems, a series of new social problems have been emerged which resulted from the change of social production mode. We must be aware of the trend that cases relating to crime of violence by rural female delinquents within their marital relations have been on the increase in recent years. From the point of view of rapid change of the social production mode, the author tries to find out the elements that lead to uncertain marriage under the present social conditions and the feminine motivations in the committed crime.
