摘    要:采用问卷调查的研究方法,对甘肃省甘南藏族自治州数学新课程实施的现状和问题进行了细致的调研分析,调查发现,影响和制约新课程实施的因素不是单一的,而是多层次的.主要表现在思想观念,经济状况,现代教育技术手段,课程资源,教师教育学、心理学知识,专业支持等.在结果分析的基础上,提出了甘南藏族自治州实施新课程的基本对策.

Abstract:Through research technique of questionnaire survey,the paper made a thorough investigation and analysis of the present situation and the problems of implementing mathematical new curriculum in Gannan Autonomy State.The results showed the elements affecting and restricting the implement of the new curriculum was not sole,but multi-leveled and they were mainly represented in thinking,economic condition,means of modern educational technology,course resources,the teachers’ knowledge in Pedagogy and Psychology,and professional support.On the basis of this,it proposed some measures of implementing mathematical new curriculum in Gannan Autonomy State.
