| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping is the first country leader who initated to establish the Advisory Committee and practised retiring system in the history of New China.It combined the old cadres' rich politics experience with the young cadres' plentiful work encrgy,not only abolished the lifelong post system,trained successors,but also kept the political situation's stablity.It has great practical significance and propfound historical significance. |
