| 摘 要： | 法律监督是法制实施过程中的辅助手段,它产生的效益不像经济手段那样直接和明显,而是以一种间接和隐性的效果真实地存在社会中。通过对法律监督效益的经济分析,能找到实现法律监督效益的有效途径,从而实现法律监督效益的最大化。

| Abstract: | The legal surveillance is an auxiliary method in the implementation process of legal system,that it produces benefit is not so direct and obvious like the economical method,but exists in the society with indirect and recessive effect.Through the economic analysis,we can find the effective way of realizing law surveillance benefit,and thus realize the maximization of law surveillance benefit. |
