| 摘 要： | 金融生态理论认为金融生态包括主观上的生态的金融意识形态和客观上的金融生态环境，民营银行发展的金融生态包括主观上的社会认知体系、经济民主自觉性和摆脱“姓资姓社”“姓公姓私”思想束缚的“北京共识”和客观上的高效适度政府、社会保障体系、社会信用体系、社会担保体系、存款保险制度及最后贷款人制度、商业银行法律体系。
