我国工业资金需求状况分析

现代企业是以资金为核心进行运营的，资金作为经济循环的“血液”，在经济发展中所起的作用不言而喻的。国家信贷政策的制定和操作力度把握的“松”与“紧”，确定资金投放量的“多”与“少”，不仅与企业的生产经营有着密切的联系，而且对整个国家经济的成长、通货膨胀压力的大小都有直接的关系。资金问题已经成为各经济部门和企业界普遍关注的焦点问题。因此，客观地、正确地分析和判断当前的资金状况，是国家信贷政策乃至真个宏观经济调控的一个关键问题。 资产营运是资产配置结果的运用，资产配置结构合理，资产营运效率就高，反之，则低；同时，由于资产规模反映的是一种潜在的生产能力，要把潜在转化为现实的生产力，在很大程度上则取决于对各类资产的有效利用程度。因此，资产营运效率既与资产配置结构密切相关，又反映企业经营管理水平。当前我国工业资产配置不合理，总体经营管理水平不高，企业获利能力低，都极大的制约了资产营运效率的改善。

The Analysis on the Status of Industrial Fund Supply and Demand

It goes without saying that fund play an important role in economic development as “blood” of economic cycle. In recent years, the moderate tight macro-regulation policy were adopted by the government in investment, credit, and finance in order to hold down inflation and improve macroeconomics environment. However, it also brought about the contradiction of overall macroeconomics situation going better and part microeconomics difficulties going worse under this economic policy and macro-background. Short fund was often thought to be first important factor caused the worse difficulty in enterprises production. To counter this issue, the author tries his best to objectively analyze the reason for short fund from the view of fund supply and use.
