On the Harmonious Governance of Communist Party of China

The Communist Party of China has set up the objective of building a harmonious socialist society.Such an objective calls for harmonious governance accordingly.The paper ventures to expound major conceptions on harmonious governance as a brand-new notion and strategy,covering its definition,connotations as well as its hallmarks.It argues that it is of great significance for the ruling party to adhere to this new orientation of harmonious governance,for it helps to strengthen the party's self-construction,to consolidate its power,enhance its governance capability,and ultimately to construct a harmonious society.
