| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化是社会发展的必然趋势.正确理解高等教育大众化必须从量的增长与质的变化方面全面理解.实现高等教育大众化是社会发展的必然选择,不会造成社会不平等和大学毕业生过剩.中国实现高等教育大众化,必须转变观念,大力发展民办高等教育、短期高等教育和网络高等教育,走内涵式发展道路.

| Abstract: | To gain a proper understanding of the massification of higher education in China,which is an absolute tendency of social development,we should give it a comprehensive survey by combining the accumulation of quantity and the change of quality.To realize higher education massification is an inevitable choice required by social development,so it will not give rise to unequality and the surplus of college graduates.To realize higher education massification requires us to change our traditional notions,and boost higher education sponsored privately,of shortened term and of internet by taking the development channel of connotation.
