| 摘 要： | 2008年的金融危机迅速席卷全球,国际经济形势在经济危机下变得扑朔迷离。后金融危机时代来临,国际经济逐渐回暖。从世界并购史可以看出,大型的并购都先于经济复苏兴起,在这一特殊时期,国内并购浪潮再次袭来。认识后金融危机时代,企业并购整合与经济发展辩证关系有重要作用。
