摘    要:基于教育问题的"实践性学习"强调教育实践在教师教育过程中的作用,是培养师范生教育胜任力的一种新型模式。在教育理念上,"实践性学习"强调"知行合一",侧重"做中学",认为职前教师教育仅仅传授教育知识是远远不够的,还必须提供教育实践机会,在"实践场景"下让他们尽早进入专业领域,参与教育实践活动,才能掌握了教育的程序和方法,获得教育胜任力。
