倡导对流通软实力的研究

本文借助＂软实力＂理论,创新性提出了＂流通软实力＂的概念,对其性质、内涵、与硬实力的关系,以及吸引力、凝聚力、辐射力、服务力、公信力、自调节力、创新力和可持续发展力等多维表现进行了深刻阐述。作者认为,流通软实力理论是一个知识熵很高的边缘性理论,主张用宽广的视界和科学的方法,从系统论、生态论、信息论、文化论等角度进行研究;同时主张在研究重点上要紧密结合流通业发展现实,坚持问题导向。

To Advocate the Study on Circulation Soft Power

This paper presented the innovative concept of＂circulation of soft power ＂ with the ＂ soft power＂ theory.And this paper expounded the soft power of character,connotation,relationships with hard power,as well as attraction,cohesion,emissive power,service ability,credibility,self-regulating power,creativity and sustainable development ability.The author believes that the circulation of soft power theory is a very high marginal knowledge theory,and advocates with a broad perspective and the scientific method to research from systems theory,ecological theory,information theory,and cultural theory; meanwhile advocated the research should focus on the development of close connection with the circulation reality,stuck to the problem oriented.
