| 摘 要： | 诚信问题是市场经济运行过程中的重大问题,严重地阻碍市场经济的深层发展,并影响中国梦的实现。诚信的传统理解基于道德哲学传统,现代社会对于诚信的理解已经超越道德哲学传统,使诚信的理解具有开放性,即诚信既是伦理的,又是法律的;既是意识,也是意志,更是精神。将诚信置于"法律——伦理"框架下分析,并通过"法律——伦理"生态互动生成诚信精神,来解决市场经济中的诚信问题,为实现中国梦提供伦理精神支持。
