| 摘 要： | 对于刑释人员来说,监禁中断了其就业历程。当释放后,几乎所有刑释人员都会面临着就业的问题。就业是关系到刑释人员能否顺利回归社会的重要因素。如果就业出现问题,刑释人员则会在经济、社会关系网络、心理健康等方面陷于不利的境地,以及会出现再次进行违法犯罪的严重后果。只有解决了就业问题,才会避免因此而产生的不利、促进刑释人员的顺利回归,进而促进整个社会的稳定与和谐。

| Abstract: | The imprisonment ends released prisoners' employment.Almost all released prisoners face the employment problem,which is the key factor to whether the released prisoners can return the society smoothly.If the released prisoners have problems in the employment,they will be in an unfavourable status including the aspects of economic,social relationship network,psychological health.And also they may probably commit crimes again.Only when the problem is resolved,can the unfavourable consequences be avoided.Then the released prisoners' return to the society can be accelerated,so the whole society is stable and harmonious. |
