| Abstract: | This paper expounds the importance of power entrustment management and its kernel content by comparative analysis on the differences between the power authorized and the power entrusted. As to some existing problems in the process of performance, it presents some essential factors and applicable principles to appropriately entrust administrative power. Meanwhile, this paper focuses on the study of rectification system for deviations during the practice of power entrustment management. |
