摘    要:素质教育的直接实施者是教师,教师的思想、学识直接影响着素质教育的效果.提升教师素质是推进素质教育的最基本的保证.不同的时代、不同的教育环境和要求,不同的人才培养模式要求有不同的教师素质结构与之相适应,它不仅包括教师队伍素质结构,而且包括教师个人素质结构.文章以一个大学生的视角论述了新时期高校教师应具备的综合素质.
