俄罗斯利益集团与经济转轨的制度分析

20世纪90年代,伴随着经济社会的制度变迁,俄罗斯走上向市场经济转轨的艰难历程。在跌宕起伏的转轨过程中,一支特殊的力量——利益集团始终活跃在社会的各个领域,对俄罗斯的经济转轨和社会转型均产生了重要的影响。因此,本文拟从利益集团的视角,运用制度主义的理论工具,对俄罗斯经济转轨的路径选择和绩效特征进行概括性分析和描述,以期深化对俄罗斯经济转轨运行机制及其规律的理解和认识。

Institutional Analysis of Russia's Interest Group and Economic Transition

With the economic and social changes in the system, Russia began the hard transition toward market economy in the 1990s. As a special force, interest groups have always been active in various fields in the society and exerted great influence on Russia's economic transition and social transformation. With the theoretical tool of institutionalism, the article attempts to explore and analyze the choice of path of economic transition and characteristics of performances from the perspective of interest group in order to deepen the comprehension of the operational mechanism and rules of economic transition.
