| Abstract: | The present thesis establishes a control system that consists of 3 factors of a series of laws and rules of the exit of state owned capital from the competitive enterprises, the departments in charge of the exit, and assistance to the exit. With the interaction and interrestriction of the three factors an efficient exit will be effected, and the diversification of the property right structure and the setting up of the system of socialist economy will be achieved. |
