高校活跃着一群在教育引导、管理服务等工作中发挥不可或缺作用的学生干部队伍。他们不断提高、发挥自身的能力为学校的教育、管理和服务贡献力量，更为全体同学成长进步起到了示范激励、促进帮助的重要作用，要培养提高这支队伍的组织、协调、学习、创新等四种能力，以便充分发挥他们应有的作用。
