| Abstract: | Translation,by which one language is transformed into another, is actually a crosscultural activity and a reproduction of culture. The aim of translation is to comprehend the original culture and represent it in the target language. The translator, therefore, should be faithful to the contents and form of the original text. Faithfulness is an objective and widely accepted criterion. |
