中国风险企业内生核心竞争力构建及其实证研究

风险企业核心竞争力的培养和提升问题,是促进中国风险企业健康发展必须解决的一个现实问题。本文通过对风险企业特征的界定,选取41个中国成功风险企业企业家访谈录作为样本。首先采用文本信息挖掘方法,提炼出风险企业内生核心竞争力因子,从一个崭新的角度来研究风险企业核心竞争力,并对每个因子给出具体内涵解释;然后用聚类分析方法,将中国成功风险企业分成四大类,分别给出每一类企业内生核心关键因子构成;最后通过构建BP神经网络模型帮助相关企业合理定位,辅助其建立适合企业发展的内生核心因子,提升企业市场竞争力。

An Empirical Study on Endogenous Core Competence of Chinese Venture Enterprises

The problem of cultivating and improving the core com-petence of venture enterprises is a necessary resolved question in order to promote Chinese venture enterprises' development healthily. According to the characters of risk corporations, this article selects 41 journals of talks about successful venture entrepreneurs in China as samples. Firstly, the authors try out endogenous core competence genes of venture companies with the method of text information mining and interpret connotation for each gene. Then, the authors divide the samples into four parts by technique of WARDS clustering and present the components of key genes for every part. At last, the writers set up a discriminant system based on BP neural network to help related corporations easily locating by themselves. At the same time, the effects of the discriminant system are satisfactory after the authors use the samples of Tongzhou electron Ltd and Anteng tech-nology Ltd to verify this system. It represents that the model can help the related enterprises choose and cultivate adaptive endogenous core competence genes on the basis of their practical capacity. There are two main innovations in this paper: one is the evaluation method; the paper takes the text data mining which is from the theory of data min-ing into the evaluation of the core competence, the index system of endogenous core competence genes which generates from text min-ing will overcome the shortages of traditional index system that es-tablished by the judgment from the writers' own experiences; another innovation is that the key factor to identify Chinese successful ven-ture corporations is the gene of leadership, and the key genes for each part of successful venture enterprises are not also identical. However, there are also the inadequacies of research in this paper, such as the reliability of the evaluation index system from the text data mining. It is the next research direction for the writers in the future.
