| 摘 要： | 本文主要对在校专科大学生遭受挫折的原因及类型进行分析,提出通过广泛开展挫折认知教育、进行挫折情景训练、搞好心理咨询等途径的挫折教育,能有效提高专科大学生的挫折承受能力,提高专科大学生的心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | The essay predominantly analyzes the reasons causing frustrations and the patterns of frustrations amid 3-year college students and provides that the students'endurance to frustrations can be reinforced and mind health can be improved to a higher level by general endurance of recognizing frustrations, role-play drill and psychological consultation. |
