汉文帝与历史上的"德治仁政"

“德治仁政”是古代中国人所希冀的理想目标。按照儒家的观念,其核心就是一个“仁”字,“惟仁者宜在高位”,主张以统治者个人的高尚品行来影响和治理天下。综观周秦至清的历代王朝,能够与所谓“德治仁政”相联系的,惟有西汉王朝的文帝时期。而这种局面之所以出现,又有着其复杂独特的历史背景。

Hanwen-Di and"Rule of Vitue and Policy of Benevolence"in the Chinese History

The"rule of virtute and policy of benevolence"is the ideal objective hoped for by the ancient Chinese people. According to the concept of the Confucianism, the kernel of this objective is"benevolence", i.e. "only the benevolent person is appropriate at the highest position", which advocates that the ruler should influence and administer the country with his own noble conduct. Making a comprehensive survey of the successive dynasties from the Zhou, Qin to the Ching, the only one that can be linked with the"rule of virtue and policy of benevolence"is the Wen- Di period in the weetern Han Dynasty.
