| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法、访问调查法、观察法等方法,对贵州民族学院近三年健美操选项课教学情况进行调查、统计,找出教学中存在的问题和不足,并对其原因进行较为深入地分析,最后结合贵州民族学院实际和教改要求,重点阐述了在教学内容、教学方法和教学分班方面的改革办法和措施.希望能为贵州高校体育教学改革提供一点参考.
