| 摘 要： | 高校落实以德治国方略,必须高度重视师德建设。针对当前高校师德建设的实际,提出了加强师德建设必须注意五个方面提高认识,加强领导;创造条件,加强培养;营造氛围,正确领导;完善机制,健全机制;严格监督,抓好落实。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities must attach great importance to the construction of teachers' morality so as to implement the policy of governing with moral. In view of the present condition, this paper has discussed such aspects as deepening understanding and reinforcing leadership; creating conditions and stressing cultivation; fostering atmosphere and correct leadership; perfecting mechanism and amplifying it,as well as strict supervision and proper implementation whhile strengthening the construction of teachers'morality. |
