| 摘 要： | 融资租赁，这种新型的金融工具，兼有融资和融物双重功能。在我国，融资租赁对经济发展的促进作用远没有体现出来，在经济中的重要性也还没有被充分认识。文章就融资租赁与银行贷款对比的优势、功能、我国融资租赁业的发展现状，及如何加快我国融资租赁业的发展提出了一些看法。

| Abstract: | Financial leasing, a new type of financing method, has both the functions of fin ancing capitals and financing goods. But it hasn't demonstrated its promo tive fu nctions in our economic development and its importance in economy hasn't been fu lly recognized yet in China. This paper fist discusses some advantages and funct ions of financial leasing in comparison with the banking loans, then discusses t he conditions and the development of the financial leasing business in China and finally the paper offers some measures on how to speed up the development of fi nancial leasing business in China. |
