山西省科技型中小企业的民间融资研究

山西省科技型中小企业在各方的支持下已经取得了很大发展,对山西省经济结构优化调整、促进山西省就业和经济长期可持续发展起到了不可替代的作用。但与全国其他发达地区相比,还存在着不少差距,而融资困难是造成这种差距的重要原因。然而,山西省是煤炭大省,有着自身的资源优势,也涌现出一批因煤炭而致富的资本拥有者,这部分资本构成了山西省雄厚民间资本的基础。一方面是闲置着的大量民间资本,一方面是科技型中小企业资金的严重短缺。我们应通过制定法规、制度,采取有效方法、措施,让闲置的民间资本为科技型中小企业的发展提供资金保障,以使山西省科技型中小企业健康发展。

A Study of Private Finance for SME of Science and Technology in Shanxi

SMEs of science and technology in Shanxi have achieved great progress with the support of all sieds,which has done something irreplaceable for the optimization of industrial structure of Shanxi province and the promotion of employment and sustainable development of economy in Shanxi.Yet,compared with those economically developed provinces,cities and regions,there is still a great gap which is mainly caused by the difficulty in raising money.However,the abundant resources in Shanxi also help those who make great fortune based on the resources accumulate large sum of privately-owned capital.As a result,on one hand,this sum of capital can not be made full use,while on the other hand,the SMEs are severely short of capital.Therefore,we should fomulate some regulations and rules and take effective measures to activate this sum and put it to full use so as to pave the way for the healthy development of these enterprises.
