| 摘 要： | 三网融合塑造了一个全新的传媒格局,也必将对传媒的生产和传播提出全新的要求。这样的格局下,电视媒体如何做好党和政府的喉舌？如何更新新闻采制理念,抢到发展主动权？本文通过对三网融合的分析和前景梳理,对国外网络发展进行对比,提出电视新闻发展的新对策和新理念。

| Abstract: | The merger of three networks shaped a completely new status,which will propose new requirement of media＇s production and transmission.Under such situation,how could television media become the tongue of the Party and government ？ Renewing news interviewing concept and obtaining automatic power of development ？ With the analysis and prospect hackling on the merger of three networks and comparison with abroad network development,the essay proposed new strategies and concepts for television news development. |
