| 摘 要： | 休闲与享乐并不等同,真正的休闲是一种精神的态度。休闲问题的实质是人生问题,是人生的价值问题。休闲与科技发展密不可分,随着科技的发展,人们的休闲时间日渐充裕、休闲方式日趋多样、休闲观念也产生了重大变化,使人的生活更加丰富多彩。

| Abstract: | Leisure,unlike pleasure-seeking,is a spiritual attitude in a real sense.The issue of leisure is,in fact,the issue of life, concerning the value of life.Leisure is closely related with technology,since with the development of science and technology,people enjoy much more time in leisure in various ways and with better understanding about leisure,which,in turn,greatly enriches people＇s life. |
