| 摘 要： | 教育与经济是性质不同而关系密切的社会活动。本文论述了中国经济体制改革过程中的有关问题;并从办学体制、管理体制、招生收费、下放管理权限等方面阐述了教育体制改革;分析了计划管理方面的突出问题。

| Abstract: | Education and economy are essentially different but interrelated social movements. Therefore, in regard to the problems from China's economic system reform, this paper, from the perspectives of higher educational system, its administrative system, charged schooling and administrative power down - transference, etc. , discusses the reform of our educational system, and analyses the stricking problems in the planned management. |
