AZ91D合金的挤压铸造工艺及性能

摘    要:采用直接挤压铸造成形工艺,研究了挤压铸造工艺参数和热处理对AZ91D合金力学性能的影响.研究结果表明:①在浇注温度、挤压压力和保压时间三个工艺参数中,浇注温度对AZ91D合金的影响最大,其次是挤压压力,保压时间的影响最小;②固溶处理在提高AZ91D合金的抗拉强度和硬度的同时提高其延伸率,而固溶时效处理会提高合金的抗拉强度和硬度,但降低其延伸率.

Abstract:In the direct squeeze casting process,the influence of the process parameters and heat treatment on the mechanical properties of AZ91D alloy is studied.Results show that:(1) of the three process parameters,the casting temperature exerts the greatest influence on the alloy,next to it is the squeezing force,while the influence of force extension time is the slightest;(2) solution treatment can improve the tensile strength,hardness and elongation of AZ91D alloy,while aging treatment following the solution treatment will improve the tensile strength and hardness of alloy,but,at the same time,reduce the elongation.
