| 摘 要： | 产权制度是林业管理的重要内容,产权制度对生产关系与生产力至关重要的影响,决定了其与可持续发展战略有着密切的关系.首先,对比分析了马克思主义产权理论和现代西方产权理论的差异;其次,在论证产权制度与森林可持续经营关系基础上阐述了我国林业产权制度及其与森林可持续经营的关系;最后,提出了林业产权制度的改革建议.

| Abstract: | Property rights institution is very important in forestry management. It has great effects on production relation and productivity, and is closely related to sustainable development. The paper first contrasts and analyzes the differences between the Marxist property rights theory and that prevailed in the modern West. Then it expounds the relationship between forestry property rights institution and sustainable forest management in China based on detailed analyses. Finally, the paper offers some countermeasures for innovating forestry property rights institution. |
