| 摘 要： | 保生大帝信仰从一个地方性的信仰，发展为一个区域性的信仰，主要依靠的是迁移扩散的传播方式，闽台家族移民在其中起着重要的甚至是决定性的作用。由于各地保生大帝宫庙普遍存在着的从家族私祀到社区公祀的发展形态，使得家族移民的迁移扩散带来的不连接的信仰点或信仰小区，得以彼此连结起来，进而在整体上呈现出片状的分布态势。保生大帝在移民开发中的作用，超出了心理抚慰的范畴，而成为移民的一种“生存技能”，在促进闽台早期的开发，起着积极的历史作用。家族移民与保生大帝信仰传播的历史，在闽台地区带有一定的普遍性。
