国外区域经济创新网络典型案例比较分析

区域经济创新网络正在对全球经济发展产生重要影响。以国外三个较为典型的创新网络:日本丰田公司与供应商结成的产业链上下游创新网络、意大利由政府出面组织商会结成的创新网络、美国硅谷基于市场机制的企业地缘集聚而形成的创新网络为案例进行比较分析,发现它们各具特征,可为我国创新网络的发展提供启示和借鉴,即变创新网络的静态优势为动态优势;企业创新形态各异;加强政府在网络中的节点作用。

Comparative Case Analysis of Overseas District Economy Innovation Network

Innovation network of the district economy is bringing about important influence on economic development.This paper uses three typical overseas innovation networks as the subjects of a comparative analysis.These three networks are the innovation network formed by the industry chain between the Japanese Toyota company and its suppliers,the innovation network between the government sponsored chambers of commerce,and innovation network between the enterprises in the Silicon Valley in America.It is found out that each of the tree networks has its own characteristics.By getting inspirations and drawing experiences from these overseas examples,the Chinese enterprises can turn the static advantages into dynamic advantages in the development of our own innovation networks.In this way innovation of the enterprises can take various forms and the node function of the government can also be strengthened in the network.
